Delivery: immediate, through your account on this website. The sign-in link we email you works once and expires after one hour; you can request a new one anytime at /login.

Refunds (The One-Booked-Call Guarantee): if the system doesn't help you book at least one more consultation call within 30 days of purchase, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we'll refund the full amount. Refunded orders lose access to the files.
